The script is a story of a mad dog -which has been roaming the streets of Kolkata for a while- and the abuse that people are taking to him. The film is about how one dog is beaten to death in the city, but that does not stop others from abusing him.

Cast
Robin Mukherjee
Robin Mukherjee is a 30-year-old Bengali actor who had made his debut in Tamil cinema with that year's Kahaani. Mukherjee who began his career in Kolkata as a child artist, went on to act in the Telugu films, Manasulu and Hello Brother. He played the title role in the Hindi romantic comedy film The Dirty Picture and worked in the Bengali films, the Malayalam film, Buddha and the Tamil film, Thaamirabharani.
Rakul Preet Singh
Rakul Preet Singh is a Bengali actress who is best known in Kollywood for her roles in films like Tappadiyum Moondram Koyil, Madrasapattinam and Kahaani. She has also acted in three Telugu movies - Paayum Puli and Varatharaja. Her first release in Tamil was Kahaani.
Nayanthara
Nayanthara is an Indian actress who began her career in Kollywood and has since become a super-star in the Tamil film industry. She has acted in blockbusters including Mayakannadi, Pudhu Vasantham, Dhool, Kadhal Kanmani, Magadheera and Velaiilla Pattathari. Her first release in Telugu was Kahaani, in which she played a pregnant woman whose husband is wrongly presumed dead. Nayanthara's first release in Tamil was the romantic comedy film Mandhira Pandaram.
